Below is the Enrollment Booklet for the plan. At the end of the Booklet are the forms which need to be filled out in order to enroll. Please read all of the material in the booklet before enrolling. The forms below are required prior to having the RRSP issued by an Employer. Once completed, the documents must be submitted to the Canadian Office Plan Administrator. After they are processed, you will be issued a certificate number that is required for the Employer forms. For more information, please visit the CEIRP website.
